IN COD WE TRUST !
The Lofoten islands are a culinary playground. With four seasons in both surfing and food ingredients, we have a rich variety of culinary experiences. Our kitchen is reflecting on our location 68 degrees north. Winter is all about the our favourite cod. Spring is the waiting season and we are using what we have harvest from last year. Summer we are using all kinds of berrys and what comes natural in our region. Autum is probably our most delicious months when it comes to both surfing and food. We try our best to serve local ingredients from local producers.
Breakfast will be served based on when you are surfing. Sometimes we just do a quick snack before entering the water and then we do a proper brunch back at the base. The breakfast is a taste of typical Norwegian ingredients like home made bread, smoked salmon, cloudberry, local cheese and of course your favorite choice of egg. We also serve our fairtrade, organic and local roasted choice of coffee.
